Binnberg Architekturentwicklung expanded the existing buildings to include a spacious loft with walls and ceilings made of exposed concrete. The complex interior design of the split-level apartment includes various bathrooms and diverse storage solutions, but also a central kitchen. Holzrausch filled existing niches with custom built-in solutions and complemented them with a cooking island and a long table. The materials used are oak and burnished brass, which provide a warm contrast to the cold concrete.
