Two adjoining units of a developer-built apartment were connected and completely reimagined. Spanning nearly 300 square meters, the penthouse was conceived as a seamless balance of openness and intimacy. A central wooden core structures the home into living, working, and private retreat zones, allowing expansive sightlines or enclosed areas as needed. A refined, tone-on-tone palette and high-end materials—warm wood, brushed stainless steel, and natural stone—create an atmosphere of calm clarity. A defining highlight is the bar in Wachenzeller Dolomit with swirl-finish stainless-steel fronts, positioned to capture views of the city and mountains.
The wooden core integrates functional elements, forms a fluid circulation loop, and uses sliding doors for flexible zoning. The material palette includes travertine floors, Wachenzeller Dolomit washbasins as well as kitchen and bar surfaces, oak veneer built-ins, and Matteo Brioni plaster walls; it also supports the presentation of the client’s art collection.
